I’m Tip Gloria, the founder of Digital Tip. My career began in video and TV production before shifting into digital in 1998, working on early web and data-driven projects.
After running my own digital design business for 8 years, I returned to agency life, leading projects for top Australian brands like Aussie Home Loans, World Vision, Optus, and Steggles, as well as global names including Microsoft, Revlon, LG, and Colgate at agencies such as M&C Saatchi, VML, SapientRazorfish, and Leo Burnett.
Alongside my agency work, I helped grow Social Media Club Sydney into the largest chapter globally, hosting keynote events (including MC Hammer!) and speaking regularly at industry conferences and workshops.
In 2014, I went freelance—just as I became a mum—and over the past 15+ years I’ve worked across nearly every sector, from health and wellness to fashion, technology, FMCG, government, and QSRs.
Since COVID, I’ve focused heavily on the health sector, supporting hospitals, specialists, skincare brands, and wellbeing practitioners with smart digital and social strategies.
